ii. Batter Stabiliser : Cake Emulsifier
A convenient multipurpose and efficient instant batter stabilizer which provides high overrun and stability in the cake batter as well as high cake volume with a fine crumb structure.

iii. Fat Powder
Powders with dozens of different types of fat or oil, with fat and oil content of up to 80%, containing different proteins and carrier materials.
The high fat percentage, combined with good free-flowing properties, makes these powders exceptionally well-suited as a fat source in soups and sauces and in bakery products.

v. Encapsulated Nutritional Oils
Range of encapsulated oil powders with a high content of Long Chain Poly Unsaturated Fatty Acids, so called LC-PUFA’s, such as EPA and DHA or products with other nutritional oils containing high PUFA levels.
LC-PUFA’s are not stable in an unconditioned environment and age rapidly. Converting nutritional functional oils into stable powders extends their shelf life and increases the number of possible applications.
So you can make products, which e.g. reduce the chance of cardiovascular diseases or stimulate children’s brain development. Ideal for many enhanced nutrition applications.
